1. How long does delivery take?

Order cut-off time: 11:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Vancouver)

Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Order processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Once your order has been processed, we forward it to the courier company.

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday).

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the efficiency of the carrier or external factors.

Total delivery time: 4–7 business days (Monday to Friday).

2. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

3. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. From the date you receive your order, you have 30 days to initiate a return.

4. When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
